Households in New York that include a person with a disability are 2.1 times more likely to lack access to a computer at home. “Computer” includes desktops, laptops, tablets or other portable wireless computers.
28% of New York households that include a person with a disability have no computer at home; compared to 13% of households without a person with a disability.
