The Northeast ADA Center technical assistance team is available Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm ET, to address any questions you may have regarding rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act and related disability laws or issues. We are closed on all federal holidays. You can contact us any of the following ways:

  • Call toll-free from New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. All other areas, please call 607-255-6686.
  • We are able to respond to both English speaking and Spanish speaking callers
  • If you call during business hours and receive our voicemail, we are likely assisting other callers. You may either call us back another time, or leave a detailed message along with your first name and phone number, including area code. You can leave a message after business hours also. We will respond to all messages within 1-2 business days.
  • Please note: if you are calling from a phone that does not accept calls from blocked numbers, then we will be unable to return your call. Please call us back during our hours of operation.
